We actively promote a culture of equity and justice in our work, and we are dedicated to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.

We acknowledge that there are many underserved communities in the outdoor recreation space, especially in caving and strive to provide not only outreach to these communities but to make a special effort to include their members in our events.
